| Steve Day is Britain's only deaf comedian (If
there's others, he hasn't heard). - which gives him a unique comic perspective on his
deafness and others attitudes towards it. He is a popular act on the London Comedy
circuit, and has performed around the country.
Steve has performed numerous times for the Laughing Horse,
and is one of the favorite closing acts at the Club - and as well as teh closing sets
Steve also appears regurlarly at all our venues, with new material - and is forever
enhancing his credentials as a prolific comedy writer.
"I've spent a lot of time at the doctors because of
my hearing, not being treated, sitting in the waiting room 'cos I couldn't hear my name
being called." - is a typical example of Steve Day's Humour, as the countries only
deaf comedian
Steve was a finalist in The Daily Telegraph's
New Act contest in 2000 and is now a commisioned writer for Radio 2's 'The News
Huddlines'
