• All acts, except the headline act, should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the show unless otherwise agreed with the promoter - usually this is 8pm - with the exception of Holborn (6pm) and Basingstoke (9pm). This is so we can orginse a running order, particularly in the centre of London shows which involve a number of new acts. If you arrive late we reserve the right to replace you with another act.
• If you cannot perform at a show you have booked - call the promoter to cancel as soon as possible, don't just not bother turning up. Any acts that do not turn up for a show without letting us know will not be booked for any future shows.
• Please allow plenty of time to reach your gig, public transport is notoriously unreliable.

• If you are not booked for a show there is no guarentee you will be able to get a gig on-spec. Please check with the promoter  if you are looking for a last minute spot.

Turning Up (Paid Support Acts/Second Top/Headliners)

• Headline acts, in most cases, should arrive at the venue for 9.30pm (Holborn 7pm, Basingstoke 10.30pm). If you cannot arrive by then please ensure you have spoken to the promoter to arrange your time. Every effort will be made to assist when you are doubling up, and most Friday and Saturday shows will allow the headliner to perform at the end of the first or second half of the show - although the second half is always preferable.
• Second Top acts - closing the first half - please arrive by 8.30pm (6.30pm Holborn, 9.30pm Basingstoke). Occasionally you may be swapped with the headliner in case of double ups this will be arranged and a time agreed.
• Paid Support - you will have been told an arrival time by teh promoter, please stick to this.
• In all cases, turn up at the time arranged with the promoter - if there are transport problems please conatct the promoter to tell us when you will be arriving. In all cases we reserve the right to replace you with another act if you have not arrived at the agreed time.

Performing

• Please stick to your allotted time - this is usually 5 mins for Open spots and new acts.

France and Monaco

• Accomodation is provided in a Four Star Hotel, and all meals and drinks will be free for the duration of the stay. Flights are paid for in advance, and all internal transport is provided for you. The only expense you will need to meet is travel from and to your home from the UK Departure airport.
• Please remember the South of France is very expensive - if you smoke, take cigarettes with you. If you drink, accept the free drinks from the venues instead of going elsewhere.
