| London's favourite small comedy club returns to the Fringe
after a run of sell-out shows at Fringe 2004 at the UCW Club (Now Lindsay's)... The Free Pick of the Fringe show selects choice comedians from across the Fringe.
Different line-up every night. Top Acts. New Acts and a mix of comperes make this the best way to
see a changing selection of comedians, and it won’t cost you a penny. |

After
the success of last year’s Free show “Laughing Horse Comedy Gladiators”, at
the UCW club, and against the growing trend of high ticket prices, Laughing Horse Comedy
returns to the Fringe in 2005 with two comedy club show, shows: ‘Laughing Horse
Free Comedy Selection’, atLindsay’s, and ‘Laughing Horse Free Pick
of the Fringe’ at The Canon’s Gait.
Both shows will run every night from
August 6 th to 27th (except Mondays), and will
feature an eclectic line-up of five different comedians at every show – with acts
selected each day from shows across the Fringe, alongside the best in new comedy talent
chosen from around the UK, and from this year’s ‘Laughing Horse New Act of the
Year’ competition – including the competition winner James Branch.
The nightly line-up is completed with a rotating selection of comperes,
including Marc Blake (‘A ream of clever
one-liners’ Scotsman), Kevin McCarron (“Great Comedy” London
Evening Standard), and Nik Coppin (‘One of the brightest stars to hit the
comedy scene this year" Living Abroad Magazine), amongst other guests
during the shows run.

may change - see posters at venues each day for last minute changes and additional acts.
Being the Fringe we will be booking a lot of the act during the month, and several big
name acts and other acts will be fitted in around other commitments usually at the last
minute.
