Kevin McCarron is
a highly experienced comedian and compere, performing throughout the year at the national
Laughing Horse chain of comedy clubs, as well as making appearances at stand-up venues up
and down the country, in France and in Spain.
Originating from New Zealand, and having lived in the UK for 22 years,
McCarron is used to the frustrations of the British way-of life, as seen through the eyes
of a colonial refusing to enter his fifth decade of life gracefully.
Having led a life that has seen him travel the world, marry an Australian,
have two children, and work through numerous jobs that have included working for rock
bands and becoming the UKs leading expert on William Golding, any performance from
McCarron always covers a wide a range of subjects: from rugby to Justin Timberlake, drug
consumption to Pingu, Shakespearean literature to Blocked toilets and, of course, dead
cats.
