The Counting House features two perfromance spaces, the huge and
spectacular Ballroom, and the intimate Lounge. Both of these are situated around a Lounge
Bar, with a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits.
The Counting house is located above the Pear Tree, a venue with
Edinburgh's biggest beer garden, and an ourdoor stage featuring Free Festival shows every
day during the Fringe - Feel free to grab a pint outside in the garden between shows, and
move back and forth between the two venues as much as you like!
The Counting House is situated close to Edinburgh University,
it attracts a mixture of students and local customers, and during the Fringe is only a
minute-or-two away from the Spiegeltent, Udderbelly, Gilded Balloon and Pleasance Dome. |
