Situated on Buccleuch
Street in the Southside area of Edinbrugh this Meadow Bar is located in the heart of the
area of Edinburgh most associated with the Fringe - on a main street 2 minutes walk east
from the venues on George Square (Speigeltent/George Square Thetre) and 3 minutes from the Guilded
Baloon and Pleasance Dome on Bistro Square. In the other direction you are a few minutes walk from
the Southside venue and C Electric (formaly Pod Deco, before that the Odeon) on Nicholson and
Clerk Street. |

This is the first year the Meadow
Bar is on the Free Free Fringe, but the venue has been used for may years for other Fringe shows.
The venue is intimate, stylish with a
huge array of comedy shows in 2006. There are a wide variety of drinks, and spirits and food
is available right through the day.
